Shipping

 

Please read carefully the shipping information and our policies for each country.

We currently ship to Spain, Italy, and the United States.

Shipping to the United States follows a different process and logistics.

U.S. orders are handled by season.

All purchases made during a season will be shipped together at the end of that period.

Packages will arrive first at a main U.S. destination, and from there will be sent to each client’s final address.

From the date of purchase, delivery may take between 15 and 30 business days.

Spain and Italy orders.

All Spain orders are processed within 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if  Correos or Seur or your neighbors don’t have any information, I will be glad to resend the order for you as a one time courtesy.

For a package to be considered lost in transit/stolen we must wait a full 15 business days from the date of delivery in order to follow through with a resolution.
